November 25: Maruti Suzuki India, country's leading automaker introduced the limited edition Wagon R Felicity in the Indian market with a price tag of INR 4.40 lakh (ex showroom). Maruti Wagon R Felicity limited edition is offered in two variants – Lxi and Vxi which is aggressively priced with benefit of upto INR 13,500. The LXi variant of Wagon R Felicity comes with a price tag of INR 4.40 lakh while the Vxi-AMT (O) variant is priced at INR 5.37 lakh (both ex-showroom). The new Felicity special edition comes with host of features such as double-din Bluetooth music system with speakers, reverse parking sensors with display and voice guidance available in Lxi variant. The celebration edition is equipped with PU seats and steering cover, body graphics, rear spoiler that derives it with more attractive look.
Maruti WagonR is amongst the best selling hatchbacks from the stable of Maruti Suzuki India as it a complete package and meets the requirement level of the Indian consumers. Moreover, MSI has introduced an AMT version of WagonR at INR 5.05 lakh (ex-showroom – Delhi) in a bid to enhance sales during the festive season. However, in terms of specification changes, the new AMT variant continues to get the very same 1.0-litre – KB10 petrol engine.
Maruti WagonR has received many cosmetic changes over the period of time, but its tall boy stance has remained unchanged. Maruti Suzuki WagonR is powered by a 3-cylinder, 1.0-litre – KB10 petrol engine which comes with displacement capacity of 998cc that produces 67.1bhp of maximum power at 6200rpm and 90Nm of peak torque at 3500rpm. However, CNG variant generates 58.2bhp of maximum power and 77Nm of peak torque. The transmission duties are carried out by 5-speed manual gearbox as standard. Moreover, inclusion of automated manual gearbox to its top end variants ensures convenience of a clutch-free driving experience. In terms of fuel efficiency, Maruti WagonR delivers mileage of around 20.51 kmpl for manual as well as AMT whereas for CNG version, it delivers around 26.6 km/kg.

Maruti Suzuki WagonR is priced in the range of INR 3.70 lakh – INR 5.05 lakh (ex-showroom – Delhi) in the Indian car market and it competes against the likes of Ford Figo, Toyota Etios Liva, Hyundai Eon and Renault KWID.
