Tata Motors has launched Revotron 1.2 –litre engine in three driving models:
1. Sport Mode – to increase the power output of the engine.
2. Eco Mode – to give maximum fuel efficiency.
3. Traffic Mode – to offer balance between fuel efficiency and power.
Tata claims that, the Revotron 1.2T has been designed to deliver balance of power, performance and fuel economy. Revotron will be considered as next- generation engine which has been developed using eco friendly and future oriented technologies.
Tata Motors has confirmed that they are going to install hi-tech Revotron Holograms in 75 dealerships across India to explain about Revotron. Narain Karthikeyan – India's first F1 driver, will host customers and explain will them about the engine and features.
The Revotron 1.2T is based on Advance Engine Management Systems (AMS) which can provide a digitally precise control for vehicle performance and emissions and offers the design of reciprocating components to ensure the best out of every drop of fuel along with a performance output of 89bhp and 140Nm of torque.
