In order to keep up the momentum of sale for one of its best selling products in the Indian car market, Hyundai will introduce the next-generation model of the Elite i20 in the Indian car market by the year 2020. Not only this, the South Korean automaker will introduce the next-generation Creta soon afterwards by the year 2021.
The Elite i20, Creta along with the Grand i10 are three of the best selling products for the automaker in the Indian car market. The exact details regarding the new age models of these cars are yet to be revealed, but we can safety assume that they are going to be a huge step-up from their current gen models.
However, before these cars can undergo a complete generation update, Hyundai is to provide each one of them with their respective mid-life facelifts. It is likely that the facelift versions of the Elite i20 and the Creta will make their debut in the country sometime during the year 2017 and 2018 respectively.

Also included in the list of upcoming new cars from the stables of Hyundai is to be an all new compact SUV, based on the Carlino concept which was showcased at last year’s Delhi Auto Expo. When launched, this new babay SUV will pitch in against the likes of Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza and the Ford EcoSport.
The list of new launches from Hyundai does not end here. By the year 2019, we could very well see the re-entry of the Santro brand in the Indian car market. To be a completely new vehicle from the ground up, this new age family car will take care of the compact hatchback segment in India.
