Kawasaki Z250 will be competing with the KTM Duke 39, Suzuki Inazuma here in India. The Kawasaki Z250 is available with only color option and available for sale in India via Bajaj pro-biking and Kawasaki showrooms.
Kawasaki ER-6N: Kawasaki Motors India has launched the ER-6N, priced at INR 4.78 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi). The ER-6n is the first Kawasaki motorcycle in India which isn’t part of the Z or the Ninja family. The ER-6N has positioned along with its faired version, the Ninja 650, in the sports-bike segment. The Kawasaki ER-6N will be available for sale in India via probiking and Kawasaki showrooms.
Majority of the components of ER-6N & Ninja 650 are same like the fuel-tank, tail section, seats, rear view mirrors and wheels. The ER-6n also gets a new instrument cluster which looks very modern. The bike will be available only in one colour- black; Kawasaki confirmed that, depending on the demand, the company might introduce more colours.
Talking about the engine, ER-6N is powered by 4-stroke, parallel twin, fuel-injected, liquid cooled 649cc engine which can produce the max power of 72PS with the maximum torque of 63.7NM. the bike also gets 6-speed gearbox which can transfers power to the rear wheel through chain drive. The gears are same as the Ninja 650. However, ABS is absent in this variant but company might introduce it in future.
