12:20 PM: Talking about safety, the 2017 Hyundai Xcent is to come with dual-airbags and ABS with EBD as standard across the range. Also on offer is a rear parking camera with guiding lines.
12:18 PM: The petrol engine remains the same, a 1.2-litre VTVT motor, good for 82Bhp along with 114Nm of peak torque. The gearbox will be the same 5-speed manual gearbox along with the availability of a 4-speed automatic unit as well.

2017 Hyundai Xcent Facelift: Price
The Hyundai Xcent Facelift is expected to slot in between the price bracket of INR 5.5 to 8.5 lakh (ex-showroom). This will make it compete against the likes of recently launched Tata Tigor, Ford Figo Aspire, Maruti Suzuki Swift Dzire and the Honda Amaze.
2017 Hyundai Xcent Facelift: Features
The 2017 Hyundai Xcent Facelift is to come with the same feature list as that of the earlier model. With the update however, the Xcent 2017 is to come with a new touchscreen infotainment system which offers Apple Car Play, Android Auto and Mirror Link Connectivity. The display will also double up as the screen for reverse parking camera and also for the navigation system.

The new model features several cosmetic changes on the inside as well as outside and the Korean car manufacturer has also introduced a new 1.2 litre oil burner which will be replacing the earlier 1.1 litre 3-cylinder engine. The petrol motor on the other hand remains the same 1.2 litre, 4 cylinder which churns out 82 bhp along with 114 Nm of torque.
