The Bajaj Qute is powered by a 217cc, liquid-cooled, four-valve triple spark petrol engine. The engine features closed loop fuel injection and is coupled to a five-speed gearbox. This engine is capable of producing 13bhp of power and 19.6Nm of torque. It is claimed to return 36kmpl of mileage, and low CO2 emissions of 66kgm.
The RE60 name derives from Bajaj RE range of three-wheelers. RE stands for Rear Engines Vehicles, and the RE60 also features a rear wheel drive system. This Quadricycle measures 2.75 metre in length, and 1.3 metre in width. Weighing just 400kg, the vehicle comes with a turning radius of 3.5 metre. The Bajaj Qute is available in a 1+3 seating layout, and offer 44-litres of boot space. The Bajaj RE60 is equipped with features like the central speedometer cluster, dashboard mounted shifter, folding front windows and 44-litre boot space.
