Aston Martin has finally raised the curtains off its latest creation, a 1000bhp Hyper car codenamed AM-RB 001. This four-wheeled monster is the result of a promising and exciting partnership between the British sports car manufacturer and the Red Bull Formula One team. At this moment the car is still in the development stage but what you see here, as said by the company, is very near to what the final production model will look like. Designed by Adrian Newey who is considered to be a guru in the Formula One circle when it comes to designing the best aerodynamic cars, the AM-RB 001’s design is a jaw dropper and definitely a show stopper. Though not all the details have been released about the yet, what we know so far is that the car sits on an ultra light chassis which weighs just about a 1000kg. Powered by an Aston Martin V12 engine, which generates 1000bhp, you can imagine what the power to weight ratio will look like. There are carbon fiber panels, off course, and the car rides at a height of just 39.6inches of the ground. This means that the AM-RB 001 will surely be delight when taken around some tight corners. The car comes fitted with a Formula One style push-rod suspension which is visible for admiration as the AM-RB 001 features a front aero design similar to that seen on a Formula One car. Aston Martin says that the Am-RB 001 will be a very practical and user friendly car. It will come equipped with all the basic comfort features like air-conditioning along with a multi-media system as well. It is expected that the first prototype of the Hyper car will go into testing phase by the end of 2017 with deliveries of the cars starting in the year 2019. Only 99 of these will be made, so that’s taken care of the exclusivity, plus we can expect Aston Martin to make a few “extra” Hyper version of these cars which may take the numbers up to 150. Now coming to the price of the AM-RB 001, well as you may have guessed by now, it’s quite a lot. The AM-RB 001 is expected to be priced in the bracket of 2billion to 3billion Euros.
