Kawasaki India has launched the updated model of its most affordable motorcycle in India that goes by the name Z250. Besides, the Japanese manufacturer has launched the 2017 Z1000 in the Indian two-wheeler market at a price of INR 14.49 lakh. The company has also launched the Z1000R in India at a price of INR 15.49 lakh (all prices, ex-showroom, Delhi).
The Kawasaki Z250 is currently the most affordable motorcycle from the manufacturer’s stable in India. The prime updates have come from the visual department. The parallel twin engine in the current Kawasaki Z250 displaces 249cc and develops maximum power output of 32 bhp along with a peak torque of 21 Nm.
Coming to the 2017 Kawasaki Z1000R, the special model receives a premium braking system and has been launched in two liveries namely Black and Grey. The engine in the litre-class streetfighter will be the same unit that cranks out a maximum power of 140 bhp along with a peak torque of 111 Nm.
